Pricing and plans
How much does Jonta cost?
Jonta is free for up to 5 users. Pro is £80 a month for up to 50 users, and Enterprise is £500 a month for 51 to 150+ users. These are flat prices for the whole workspace, not per user. Prices exclude VAT.
Is Jonta priced per user?
No. Every plan is one flat price for the workspace. Pro costs £80 a month whether you have 6 users or 50.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly saves 10%: Pro is £864 a year and Enterprise £5,400 a year.
What is included in the Free plan?
Every Jonta feature, including the client portal, wiki, incidents, uptime monitoring, GitHub integration and free Jira import, for up to 5 users.
What does Enterprise add?
Everything in Pro for larger teams, plus feature requests: tell us what your organisation needs and we build it into Jonta for your system.
Getting started and migration
How do we get started?
Request a workspace on the get started page and we will set it up, usually within one working day. Accounts are created by your administrators, so there is no public sign-up for your clients to stumble into.
Can we move from Jira and Confluence?
Yes, free on every plan. Jira projects and Confluence spaces can be imported through the API or from backup and export files, keeping ticket numbers, comments, attachments, sprints, authors and timestamps.
Can we test the migration before switching?
Yes. Imports support staging, mapping, dry runs and resumable jobs, and can be repeated without creating duplicates.
Product
What is Jonta?
Jonta brings client support, development, project planning, releases, incidents and your internal wiki into one secure platform, at one flat price for the whole team.
Does Jonta replace Jira Service Management and Confluence?
For many software agencies and development teams, yes. Jonta includes ticketing with a client portal, sprints and boards, a wiki, release notes, incident management and uptime monitoring in one product.
Does Jonta integrate with GitHub?
Yes. Commits and pull requests that mention a ticket key are linked automatically, tickets show PR and CI status, and tickets can move when a pull request opens or merges.
Can our clients use Jonta?
Yes. Clients get a secure portal to raise and track requests, talk to your team, see releases and follow incidents. They only see information made available to their company.
Does Jonta have a dark mode?
Yes. Jonta has light and dark themes and works on desktop, tablet and phone screens.
Security
Does Jonta support two-factor authentication?
Yes. Optional two-factor authentication is available on every plan, along with failed-login protection and active-session visibility.
Is there an audit log?
Yes. Jonta records activity in an audit log that administrators can export to CSV.
