Who we are
Jonta is a trading name of Tailored Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 5069827). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: contact@jonta.com.
What we collect on this website
- Enquiry forms (demo, get started, contact, migration): your name, work email, company, team size and anything you write, so we can reply. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract.
- Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how pages are used. See the cookie policy. Lawful basis: consent.
Customer data in the Jonta product
When you use Jonta, your organisation is the controller of the data it puts into the product and we act as its processor under our data processing agreement.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and form providers, and Google if you accept analytics. See sub-processors. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer. Customer account records: for the length of the contract plus 6 years for legal and accounting purposes. [To be confirmed.]
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@jonta.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
