Data processing agreement

When customers use Jonta, they are the controller of personal data placed in the product and Tailored Limited is the processor. This agreement will set out:
- The subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing
- Types of personal data and categories of data subjects (staff users, client users, people named in tickets)
- Our obligations: confidentiality, security measures, sub-processors, assistance with data subject requests, breach notification, deletion or return at the end of the contract, audits
- International transfers, if any
